So, if you need to quickly censor any object in a video, the built-in DeLogo filter is the best option for you. Its whole essence is that with a mouse click you automatically add a blurred rectangular “screen” to the scene, which can be changed in size and position. It works like this:

Add video to the scene.
Go to the Video Effects tab, open Filters and select "DeLogo". A rectangular object will instantly appear on the stage, and a new tab with the filter placed on it will instantly appear on the timeline. In the illustration below, we have shown the areas of the menu that you need to navigate.
By clicking on the filter, you will see a contour frame along its border, as well as guide points.
