In Telegram, you can’t show ads to people of a certain age, gender and location. You can only select criteria for telegram channels in which your message will be played.

Where to find information about the target audience
If the categories of topics are too broad for your business, you can exclude topics that do not suit you or specific telegram channels.
If you have an IT product for investments, but it does not work with cryptocurrencies, you can specify the subject "Investments", and exclude "Cryptocurrency".
Then in the channels that Telegram algorithms refer to as "Cryptocurrencies", your ads will not be there.
If you are afraid that you will cut off the majority of potential customers in this way, you can exclude specific channels. This is more painstaking work, but the results will be more accurate.
For specific channels. You can specify links to channels in which you want to see ads. If you specify multiple channels, your message will be visible in each of them. A total of 50 channels can be selected.
If you have already promoted through the crops, you can choose the same channels where you advertised. Just keep in mind - it's not a fact that this will definitely work. In Business Secrets, we tried to promote our Telegram on specific six channels, which gave good results in crops, but they worked worse in targeted advertising. Who knows, maybe everything will be different for you.
Suitable channels are searched through special services: tgstat. ru and telemetr.me. In both services, you can find a list of channels broken down by subject and number of subscribers.

Which settings do not work together. You can select either theme and language, only language, or only channels. The cabinet will tell you if incompatible settings are selected.
