1) Open the Apple Problem Reporting page in a web browser: http://reportaproblem.apple.com/;
2) Sign in with your Apple ID username and password;
3) Select the Applications tab
4) Select "Report a Problem" next to the purchase that requires a refund;
5) Click "Select an issue" and select "I would like to request a refund" or "I did not want to buy this product" if you did not want to buy an application or a subscription;
6) Fill in the additional information and click the Submit button.
