Step 3: To add a sticker, you need to tap Emoji> Stickers> Add plus (+) icon on the right corner. This will open the Sticker pack section.

Step 5: Once the download is complete a green checkmark will appear tap Back.
Now, go back in the sticker section and you will be able to see the new pack alongside the recently used stickers. Tap on any of sticker and it will be sent automatically to the person in the chat window.

Until today, only pre-installed sets were available to users, and now everyone can create their own stickers directly on their smartphone.
Google Play now has a free Sticker Studio app that lets you turn any picture or photo into stickers that you can add to your own WhatsApp pack.
