In this, we will first download the sticker pack from either WeChat or Telegram and would later export WhatsApp stickers to the IM app. To learn how to export Telegram stickers to WhatsApp, you can follow these easy steps:
Step 1(a): Download the Telegram stickers on your phone
To start with, just launch the Telegram app on your device and tap on its hamburger icon to browse to its Settings > Stickers and Masks. Now, select the pack that you wish to export and tap on the adjacent three-dot icon (more options) to copy its link.
Afterward, go to the home page of your Telegram app and tap on the search option. From here, you can search and open the Sticker Downloader bot on the app.

Step 1(b): Download the WeChat sticker pack

Alternatively, you can also go to its main window and look for the File Transfer bot on WeChat to download the sticker pack on your device.
Step 2: Unzip the downloaded sticker pack
As you can see, to export Telegram stickers to WhatsApp, you first need to save them to your phone (or the SD card) where Telegram files are saved. Later, you use any file explorer (like ES File Explorer) to go to the Telegram folder > Telegram Documents and unzip the saved sticker pack.

On the PC version, the list will open to the right of the chat window. On mobile in the app, the list of stickers opens at the bottom of the screen.
This menu displays those sticker packs that are installed in the application by default. They can be added from the archive using the Telegram settings. In addition, it is possible to use unofficial sites where stickers are located and download them for your application. Together with the uploaded ones, the entire list can become quite large. Therefore, there is a search for emoticons and stickers. Use the right words to find them by purpose. From external sources or the archive of the application, it is possible to add them not in whole packs, but individually for each sticker.

You can see Telegram stickers in VK and other social networks. They are installed using bots in the application itself. There are also other ways to download and install them through the file manager. But it's easier to use a bot. You need to open the application and go to the page with the "Sticker Downloader" bot. Its page describes how to work with the bot in English. Below in the list you need to select a format, use the All Formats button to get several options for downloading at once.
When you see a message that the settings have been saved (Setting Saving), you can proceed to file selection. Next, you need to open the sticker pack in Telegram, which has a sticker to download. You need to add it to the chat with the bot, after a few seconds it will return with an offer to download the file to the phone's memory.
Downloads will be provided in different formats. It will be possible to select an image in JPEG, PNG and others. Choose the format that suits you to start the download.

In the application settings, there are functions that allow you to create stickers. Users who are trying to make them for the first time are better off using the third-party Sticker Maker application, which can also be downloaded from the Play Store.
It already contains ready-made stickers, if you don't like them, use the built-in tool to create your own set. Before that, prepare the PNG images in the gallery.
They should be 512 x 512 pixels.
Now you need to go to the Telegram application and call the "Stickers" bot through the search bar. The bot will show commands to manage, among them you need to find "Add sticker". The bot will give a link to download the set. You need to select it and specify through the explorer which pictures to select. If there are problems with downloading, go to the file manager and find the pictures you need by name. In order not to search for a long time, sign the stickers so that you can later find them in the explorer when downloading.

The dialing address must be five or more characters long and must start with a letter. The first part of the address ( t.me/addstickers ) is not required.
The file must be in PNG or * WebP format with a transparent background. The image must fit into a 512×512 square (one side is 512 pixels, the other is 512 or less).
To make your sticker look equally good on any background, we recommend adding a white stroke and shadow to the image, as in this example.
For any operations with your set, you need to contact the @stickers robot.
To remove a sticker from a set, send the command /delsticker to the robot and then send the sticker you would like to remove.
To add a new sticker to an already created set, send the command 9 to the robot0116 /addsticker , then send him a link to your pack (to which you want to add the sticker). Well, then according to the old scheme, send a picture to the bot, and then a smiley.
Also, the robot functions allow you to view the download statistics of your set.
To delete a pack, send the command /delpack to the @stickers bot. Please note that after deletion, the set will remain with those users who have already installed it.

The set name cannot be changed. This problem can only be solved by creating the set again (already with the desired name).
The maximum number of stickers in one set is 120 pieces.
Recently, cases have become more frequent when a link to a favorite set suddenly stopped working. Most likely, this set was removed from Telegram at the request of the copyright holders (copyright violation).
Unfortunately not. Only the creator of the set can view statistics, as well as perform any other actions with the set (delete or add stickers).
