Since Facebook bought Instagram, the two networks have been slowly getting closer and offering more integration.
If you’re a social media marketer, a small business owner, or just like sharing content across networks, linking Instagram and Facebook is a no-brainer. You can share content across both and make the most of the power of visual content. You can even log into Instagram through Facebook to save valuable seconds.
In some cases, people prefer keeping Instagram and Facebook separate and not sharing too much data between the two. When it comes to marketing, that changes. It’s all about efficiency and about getting the broadest reach with the least effort. Linking Instagram with Facebook helps achieve that. You can share across both platforms with a single click, so it makes sense to do it.
If you have a Facebook profile and an Instagram account, linking the two is easy. Then, you can share content seamlessly between the two networks without losing formatting or impact. Here’s how to do it.
If you find this isn’t working out for you, all you need to do is go back to the Accounts Center menu on Instagram. Select Facebook and select Remove from Accounts Center.
Logging into Instagram with your Facebook credentials is easy:
You can also edit your Instagram profile in a browser or change your Instagram password. The principle is the same, as is the result.
You can still log into Instagram through Facebook, but now, you have set up your account to be accessed independently too. You can change your profile image, add a bio, and modify your Instagram account as you like, and it will not affect that login.
So, you’ve linked your Instagram account to Facebook, which means you can cross-post your content. But, what can you do when you no longer want to have the two connected?
Whether you’re deactivating your Facebook account or just want to separate the two services, it is possible to do so without losing all of your posts. All you need to do is follow the same steps as above, then follow these steps: o
Your Facebook profile will still hold your Instagram information until you remove that, and you’ll need to delete all of your Instagram posts from Facebook.
In closing, linking Instagram to Facebook saves time and makes social media marketing more efficient, but you need to use it with care. Ensure that you keep your personal and business accounts separate and only post relevant content for each account. While there is a lot of crossover between the Instagram and Facebook audiences, there are still plenty of times there aren’t.
Knowing when you can cross-post and when it works is crucial for any effective marketer.
Overall, linking the two is a good thing and will not only save you time but also boost your marketing efforts, whether for business or personal use!
Even after you link your two accounts, they still have a separate login (yes, you can log in using the Facebook option on Instagram, but they’re still independent. If your Instagram account is compromised or vise versa, it doesn’t necessarily mean that your Facebook account is also under threat. You should update your login information on Facebook and Instagram to ensure optimum security. However, just because someone gets into one account does not mean they have access to both.
One of the neat things about both platforms is that you can have multiple accounts or pages under the same login.
This feature means that you can easily toggle between your professional and personal profiles. You can link multiple Instagram accounts to the same Facebook page. All you need to do is follow the same steps above for each Instagram account.
Friends! At the moment, Facebook is blocked on the territory of the Russian Federation, and the activities of Meta are recognized as extremist. The article loses its relevance a little, but we leave it for history, the main thing is to help ordinary people.
Hello everyone! Today I will tell you how to enter your Facebook page (Facebook). I tried to describe in the article all possible and impossible login options with explanations and pictures. If you forgot your password, or you have problems logging in, then look at chapter 5 of this article (click on the inscription in the table of contents below). If you have any questions during the process, something will not work out, then be sure to write your questions under this article in the comments, and I will help you.

NOTE! If you are not registered yet, you will have to create it again. A short digression into the concept of social networks. Without registration, it is impossible to enter “my page” - because it simply does not exist. Registration is the creation of a page, it is done once at the very beginning. Authorization is an entrance to the page using a username and password. Some confuse these concepts and confusion occurs. Also, without a password, you can’t get there - for obvious security reasons.
Link to the full version of the FB site: www.facebook.com
NOTE! You can enter the address manually in the browser's address bar. Just be careful that there are no facebooks or feisbooks. Or you can enter a request in Yandex or Google. I will also answer the question about the old version with the “ru-ru” subscription - it no longer exists. Some sites offer options on how to return it, but I advise you to get used to the new interface and not use such "crutches".

You may also be asked to install the application on your phone, you can use it. Just click on this message and you will be redirected to the program installation page
For some, it is more convenient to use the application, so I will tell you about it. The program can be freely downloaded from the App Store (iPhone, iPad) and from the Google Play Market (Android). You can find them yourself in the search for the query - "Facebook". Or use the links below:
Click "Install" first. We are waiting for the application to install, and click "Run".
After launch, you will be asked to log in - everything is done in the same way as in a Web browser.
Enter the required information and click "Login".
There are times when a person seems to enter the correct password, but it doesn't work. First of all, make sure that the Caps Lock key on the keyboard is turned off - it makes all letters capitalized. As you already understood, large letters are not the same as small ones. That is, for example, a large letter "A" will be perceived by the site not as a small "a". This key is on the left below Tab and above the left Shift.
NOTE! May also not have this inscription. Instead, there will be an arrow pointing down.
After entering the password, to the right you will see the "Eyes" icon - click on it. After that, you will see what exactly you entered. Perhaps you accidentally pressed a key, or there is a physical sticking, from which the keyboard itself enters unknown letters and symbols.
ATTENTION! Make sure there are no spaces to the right and left of your password - if there are, remove them.

It doesn't matter how you launched Facebook - the recovery procedure is the same. Just click on the "Forgot your password?" link.
Here you must remember what exactly you indicated during registration and is there a phone link? You need to enter either an E-mail address or a mobile phone number.
Now look to the right - is this your account and profile with the correct name? If yes, then click on the Continue button. If you have entered a mobile phone number, then check the SMS messages - you should receive a code that you will need to enter in the field on the site.
Now go to our mail and open a new letter. If it's not there, check your Spam folder. The letter will contain a digital code.
Enter it in this field. If, nevertheless, there is no letter in the Spam folder, then most likely they have a problem or you have a problem with the mail service - this happens.
Click on the link "Did not receive the code" and resend it. It happens that the letter is delayed, just wait 10-20 minutes.
After entering the correct code, you will be asked to create a new password and enter it here. If you are afraid to forget it, then write it down somewhere.
After that, you will get inside the account and see such a window with a message. If you are afraid that an attacker has taken over your password, then select the item "Log out of your account on other devices" and click "Continue". In this case, even if the hacker was sitting behind your account, he will simply be thrown out of there.
But that's not all, then you will be asked to scan your profile, after which suspicious publications will be deleted. For example, if the attacker tried to advertise something or wrote to your friends.
If such records are found, they will be deleted. Next, you can click on the “Turn on advanced security features” button.
You will receive notifications about entering your personal account by mail or in this browser.
At the password recovery step, click on the "No more access?" link.
In fact, as I understand it, Facebook does not offer anything special - like, if you lose access to mail, then most likely you will no longer get to your Facebook account. This is not very pleasant, of course. Therefore, you need to try to access the mail to which you registered the account. Once you get access, log into your Facebook page, go to settings and change your mail to another one.
Facebook doesn't even have an email or form to contact the site's technical support. Unfortunately, the policy of all major sites like Google or Facebook is this - you can’t contact them in any way. A similar situation is with the phone - if you have lost access to it, then it will be impossible to enter the page.
Facebook is a popular service, to enter which you must register. This requirement applies to all users. Only after registration you can get to your profile.

After a successful login, you can agree to synchronize contacts from your phone book with Facebook. This way you can see who is registered on Facebook among your contacts. And in the future, you can send them a friend request.

Without a Facebook profile, you will not be able to search for friends, join interest groups, write messages and leave comments. It is necessary to register in order to use all the features of this social network. The process of creating an account does not take much time and includes several steps:
If you indicated an email address during registration, go to your mailbox, find a letter from Facebook, follow the link (after that you will be back on the social network, but on your verified page). If you have specified a phone number, then simply enter the numbers from the message in a special window and press "Enter".
You are now the proud owner of a Facebook page, one of the lucky billions.
Important: If you have already registered on Facebook, but cannot remember your login and password, do not despair. Creating a new account can result in a ban because Facebook monitors clone pages. It is better to try to restore access to your profile.
And in the end, find out one more important point: how to recover your login and password if you forgot or lost them?
The procedure is very simple:
