How to have a good instagram

Instagram Success Tips: Generate 700-1000 Followers Every Week

So, you want to know how to be successful on Instagram? While there are over 800 million monthly active accounts, being an  Instagram success story is still possible.

You will be required to put in a lot of work and effort, but the outcome is worth it.

Doing so will help your account stand out and gain a targeted following. For the last few weeks, I’ve been gaining over 700 new followers every few days.

This is down to several strategies which I’ll be explaining in this article, including how I use Sked (formerly Schedugram) to plan, create, and automatically publish content. The best thing of all, these can be applied to both personal and business accounts.

Are you ready to be an Instagram success?

  1. Create the perfect bio
  2. Produce interesting content
  3. Post regularly
  4. Identify top hashtags
  5. Utilise Instagram Stories
  6. Take advantage of Instagram Highlights
  7. Cross promote friends and influencers
  8. Go Live on Instagram
  9. Engage with your followers and targeted audience

1.

Create the Perfect Bio

Before anything, you first need to make sure your Instagram bio is attractive. It needs to be able to tell your audience who you are, what you do and includes a clear call-to-action.

This is mandatory to becoming an Instagram success. Your targeted audience won’t follow you if they aren’t interested in what you have to offer and being able to tell them that within a few words is important.

Check out the below examples to get inspiration for your Instagram bio to help achieve Instagram success.

MyProtein’s Instagram Bio

As you can see from the above screenshot, MyProtein explain who they are, how you can get involved and lastly giving them some sort of value by entering their competition to win their products for free. Clear, attractive and informative.

Creation Agency Instagram Bio

Creation Agency’s Instagram bio consists of what the agency does, who they are, what they have to offer on the platform by following and also a few links for extra information. The last link takes you directly to the latest blog post.

My Instagram profile bio consists of who I am, what I do, where I’m going next and a clear call-to-action to follow on Facebook.

Straight away you will be able to identify what type of content I would likely post. This is exactly what you need to do so your targeted audience have an actual reason to follow you.

You also get one clickable link that you can add to your profile, so it’s worth putting some thought into how best you can use it. Many brands use it to link to their websites but that may not be the most beneficial way to use it.

One way you can get more mileage out of your profile link is to use a redirect URL. It’ll allow you to send traffic to any web page you want, every time you post. It’s a great way to promote different offers to your followers and the good news is, you get three branded redirect URLs for free with every Sked account as a part of the app’s link-in-bio feature.

For more detailed tips on how to set up a redirect URL and create the perfect Instagram bio, check out this article.

2. Produce Interesting Content

Now you have got a quality Instagram bio sorted for your account, it’s time to think about your content plan.

If you create low-quality boring content that just really sucks and isn’t attractive, too many words and not interesting to your audience, don’t expect to be an Instagram success.

In order to succeed, you need to plan out your content strategy and create eye-catching media – whether that’s images or videos. It’s not that hard to create super engaging content on Instagram…

There are lots of tools available on the web and app stores that will help you create striking content. When I’m not using Photoshop, I’ll tend to use tools like Canva, Adobe Spark Post, Typorama or other tools on the web.

In fact, if you haven’t tried it yet, Sked’s Canva integration is a great way to add graphic design elements to your images and give them an extra ‘wow’ factor before scheduling them to post automatically.

To get started, log into your account, click on the ‘Upload posts’ option, then ‘Create banner with Canva’. This will open the Canva integration, as in the image below.

Next, upload an image (see green arrow above) and let your creativity take over using Canva’s wide range of drag-and-drop tools. You can add text, borders, frames, backgrounds, shapes, and more … the options really are limitless.

Once you’re happy with your design, click on publish, fill out your caption and first comment, then add it to your queue or schedule it to post on a specific time/date.

3. Post regularly

Posting regularly is one of the ingredients on how to be an Instagram success. This requires you to be very active. Ideally, you should be posting a least once a day.

If you can post more than that, 2-3 times a day will get you the most reach and engagement, especially to grow your account.

While it can be a pain to post several times a day, Sked comes in handy for this and automates your posting.

Just set-up your content queue and add the Instagram content. To do this, open your account and click on the ‘Setup queue’ option on the homepage.

Next, select your account, enable your queue (see green arrow below), and choose your timezone (red arrow). Then, click the ‘Add’ button for the days you want to post and set the time (blue arrow).

Now, when you add a post to your queue, Sked will automatically post it for you when your preferred time comes around.

I would also recommend identifying the best time to post on Instagram.

This also applies to Instagram Stories. You should be utilising that feature mostly every-day or when you have the chance to show off interesting content.

You could also make use of Instagram stories by promoting your latest content, telling your audience you have uploaded a new post (and in case you didn’t know, you can schedule images and videos to post automatically to Instagram Stories using Sked, too).

4.

Identify Top Hashtags

Throughout my time managing various Instagram accounts I’ve come across a lot of businesses making silly little mistakes on Instagram that really affects their chance of growth and being an Instagram success.

These little mistakes can be anything from using no hashtags to a bunch of random non-related hashtags to even no caption!

When sharing content on Instagram, it’s vital you utilise Instagram hashtags. The reason being you will maximise your chances of reach, engagement and potential growth.

For all content I share on the platform, I make sure to use up all 30 hashtags – this gives me maximum exposure.

I also make sure to do regular in-depth keyword research to find the best hashtags that will give me the chance of being featured in the top nine posts.

Instagram hashtag keyword research is very important. If you get it right and manage to rack up a lot of engagement within a short period of posting, you may even hit the explore page.

If I were you, I would start doing Instagram hashtag research and then use Sked’s hashtag manager to keep them organised. You can use it to store all your hashtags separately or in groups, which is really handy if have more than one account to manage.

It’s much easier than storing them in Evernote and having to copy-paste them all the time. If you haven’t tried hashtag manager yet, take it for a test drive and see what you think.

5. Utilise Instagram Stories

Instagram Stories can be used in various ways. It’s a brilliant feature that should be utilised regularly. Especially when your account surpasses 10,000 followers which enables you to start adding hyperlinks within your stories.

This is a fantastic way to drive more traffic and generate more business from Instagram.

You should also create polls on Instagram stories to find out specific information about your followers, for example, what type of content they prefer.

Using this feature to announce a new post is also a great strategy, as a result, you will see an increase in engagement much faster.

And you can use Sked to schedule image and videos posts to publish automatically to Instagram Stories, as well as to add clickable links. To find out how to enable story posting for your account, check out this article.

6. Take Advantage of Instagram Highlights

Taking advantage of Instagram’s recent update which includes the ability to display story highlights on your profile, is the perfect strategy for increasing website traffic.

You might consider creating a few highlights to promote and encourage your audience to follow you on other social networks.

You may decide to create a few product highlights including a hyperlink to directly buy the product or service. Use your creative mind to find interesting unique ways to increase traffic, engagement and follower growth – all of which will help you become an Instagram success.

Back to Content Menu

Cross promoting contribute to Instagram success if done right. Make use of your other social accounts to help grow your Instagram.

Share your Instagram updates on your Facebook or Twitter, consider even showcasing your Instagram uploads on your website – ASOS do a great job of this to promote their clothing. You can also automate your Instagram uploads directly to your Twitter by using tools like IFTTT.

Depending on how big your account is, you should consider connecting with large accounts and Instagram influencers, ask them if they would be willing to collaborate.

However, if your account is nowhere near the same size nor the engagement ratio, then you should really consider providing value before you drop that ask.

I’ve done this plenty of times and it has really helped with follower growth and engagement. This strategy can also be done via Instagram Stories and is quite effective.

8. Go Live on Instagram

Instagram Live can bring in a lot of engagement and new followers, especially if you provide value and share it across your social channels.

If you promote it before-hand using hashtags in your story and posts you’ll most likely gather a few new interested followers wanting to see what you have to offer.

Instagram Livestreams are great for driving traffic too if your Instagram Live has racked up a lot of viewers, considering dropping in a few call-to-actions such as telling them to click the link in your bio for exclusive content.

Your Instagram Live should be interesting to your audience and that can be achieved by sharing what happens behind-the-scenes.

You could also do weekly or monthly question and answer streams, these are great for your audience to get to know you more and for you to find out what your audience likes to know about you, giving you more ideas for content.

9. Engage with Your Followers and Targeted Audience

Ultimately, being an Instagram success on Instagram also comes down to how you engage with your followers.

If you show that you are an actual human behind that profile picture and actively reply to your audience’s comments and direct messages regularly they will be more likely to engage with your content and recommend you to their friends, family and followers.

This also applies to engaging with your followers content.

Leaving a few likes, comments and following back your audience will help build positive healthy relationships encouraging engagement and trust. This can be very effective when engaging with targeted audiences. I’ve found this one of the best ways to grow my accounts.

When I’ve identified targeted accounts or competitors that have a large following, I’ll visit their followers and engage with their content providing it’s suitable.

This is very effective as they will receive a notification each time I engage with their account. For the best results, I would highly recommend spacing out your interactions.

For example, I tend to like a few of their pictures, then 10 minutes later I’ll leave a comment, 20 minutes after that I’ll possibly follow them.

This will give them three notifications all at different times, of which they would probably want to find out who I am. You will have a better chance of them checking out your profile.

If they do and they like what they see, they may engage with the content on my account and potentially drop a follow. That’s how great relationships with a targeted audience are then built.

However, I wouldn’t just stop there.

You should continually engage with them whenever you see their posts in your feed.

This will keep them engaging back with your content unless they already do. The more “human-like” your account is, the more engagement and interaction you may receive.

How to Be Successful on Instagram in 5 Steps

Let’s put this notion to rest before we even start–you don’t have to be Instagram famous for your brand to see the best results.

Learning how to be successful on Instagram isn’t just about follower count. Instead, success comes from engaged audiences and great content. It might seem overwhelming to think about ensuring a successful outcomes when you’re just starting an Instagram marketing strategy, but you’ll find that the same approach of careful planning will help you here.

That’s why we’ve put together a simple but highly effective five-step guide on how to be successful on Instagram. Follow these Instagram success tips to boost your strategy.

1. Plan Out Your Content Strategy

You probably already know it’s not enough to post a few photos or videos, and wait for the audience to come rushing in. Instead, you have to build a content strategy just like you would for any other marketing campaign.

Here are a few specific guidelines for Instagram:

  • Research the bests posts in your industry and track your competitors. Find 5-10 competitors (such as similar brands) and document their top posts within the last few months. Mark all commonalities: product-related, bright colors, photos of people and other themes, and see what works. You don’t just want to copy other accounts, but this will help you get a pulse on what’s grabbing attention in your niche.
  • Start building a plethora of content around a similar theme or idea.  You’ll get greater consistency in your quality and message by planning out enough posts that could provide at least a month or two of content. Adjust them to your social media calendar and ensure each post has a consistent vibe.
  • Try to be as unique as possible with your content. While that’s easier said than done, a creative play on Instagram works and there are plenty of reliable ways to get inspiration for Instagram post ideas. Whether its the endless table by Reynolds Wrap or the consistent bright color theme of Bioré, themes work.
  • Invest in photo editing tools for your content. Whether it’s Adobe Photoshop or VSCO, your content has to be stellar to grab audience eyes. Beautiful, breath-taking photography always gets your viewers’ attention.

It might seem like a lot of work at first just to build out content, but the rewards are worth it. Better content leads to more engagement. When followers genuinely enjoy and look forward to what you post, you’re increasing your chances of converting them to a lead or customer.

2. Use Branded Hashtags

As a brand on social, you need some form of marketability. It’s a thin line between being promotional and resourceful. According to our 2016 Sprout Social Q3 Index, 57% of users unfollow brands on social because they’re too promotional.

To avoid being overly promotional but still market your brand, consider branded Instagram hashtags. An important stat to know is seven out of 10 hashtags on Instagram are branded. This means your hashtag has to be unique, memorable and engaging.

For example, Thrive Market uses the hashtag #letsthrive to promote user-generated content on Instagram. The hashtags works as a source of interaction between the brand and users. Instead of a promotion, you’re simply highlighting your users.

Instagram success pro tip: Remember to fully inspect your chosen hashtag as sometimes it can be associated with something else. Avoid the embarrassment and be thorough with your hashtag campaign.

Run Instagram Hashtag Analytics

It’s critical to know how your hashtags perform so you can make adjustments before it’s too late. With the help of Sprout Social’s hashtag analytics tools, you can easily gain insights into your top keywords and most engaged hashtags on Instagram.

Additionally, you can see if your keywords are sticking with your Instagram audience. Sprout can pull hashtags commonly mentioned with your brand in its Trends Report, so you gain context into what people say about your brand. Analyze your results or compare hashtags to know what works best.

3. Have a Call to Action

Here’s a question every company should ask themselves about its Instagram strategy–what drives users to follow and engage with your brand? Like we mentioned before, having gorgeous photos certainly helps attract users. However, how will your audience know what the next step is if you don’t have an appropriate call to action?

Instagram captions are essential for a successful account. They give your audience everything from context for your products and services to essential calls to action to drive conversion forward. For example, Bucketfeet, a shoe manufacturer, uses Instagram captions to highlight collaborations and new or limited designs.

https://www.instagram.com/p/BRt0fXmg1x7/?taken-by=bucketfeet

This caption does a great job of highlighting the design’s limited edition run to nudge users to purchase now. Captions also provide great opportunities to use your newly developed branded hashtags and spread awareness.

Don’t Forget Your Link

Instagram is unique because it allows only one link located in the user bio. It’s a common practice for your captions to lead viewers to the link in your Instagram bio. That’s why your link should be as relevant and fresh as possible.

It’s a very common best practice to link to a custom Instagram landing page, which typically features a lot of easy-to-find links to recent content, products or services mentioned in your feed. You can use an Instagram-specific page builder or create and update your own–either way, you’ll ensure users have access to a plethora of highly relevant content that lines up with what they’ve seen in your recent posts and moves them into your marketing funnel effectively.

Evernote does this to promote its latest collaborations and speaking events. In this example, the company posted a link that directed users to the SXSW speaking sessions, but also had a direct button to get Evernote as well.

By using a unique landing page, you direct users from specific Instagram content to an actionable page that’s aligned with the intent of that post.

4. Engage With Instagram Users

If you’re relatively new to building your brand on Instagram, it’s essential to take small steps toward building engagement. However, smaller brands can start following their fans or those considered “power users.”

At the same time, use your space to engage with users and follow them if they produce content relevant to your industry. Urban Outfitters regularly posts user-generated content from artists, photographers and collaborating designers.

Some of your biggest fans might already be producing great Instagram content. Try to see how they can collaborate with your brand to work out for both parties.

Avoid Robotic Interactions

No one really wants to talk to an automated message, so avoid robotic replies. Even big brands like Dr. Pepper find the time to respond back to followers with quippy and fun responses. It doesn’t have to be a full on conversation, but replying can do wonders to your Instagram engagement.

According to our Sprout Social 2016 Q2 Index, one in three users will go to a competitor if they’re ignored on social. This should mean everything to your business on Instagram. Unanswered questions leave a bad taste in people’s mouths.

So make sure you’re willing to put in the effort to respond to those in need. If you want recommendations and good reviews, be ready to use Instagram as a source of information and connectivity.

5. Connect With Influencers

As we previously mentioned, many brands incorporate user-generated content to connect with users, collaborate on content and promote one another’s Instagram. But these people don’t need one million users or have to be a celebrity to help you gain more exposure.

Instead, brands have to find their niche social media influencers that can actually increase engagement and the discussion around your company. Here are key steps for finding influencers on Instagram:

  • Use BuzzSumo to find your industry leaders and follow them. This is a great way to find lesser-known influencers with a core demographic following in your specific industry.
  • Engage with influencers and don’t jump straight to asking about collaborations. Comment on their content or ask a few questions that are related to your industry. Then you can ask the bigger question.
  • Start small. More likely than not, top tier influencers have already been contacted or possibly have a process in place for collaborations. Start on the smaller side and build your way up to those who have massive followings.

It’s smart to nurture and value your connections because just like your audience, influencers deal with robotic messages all the time. Try to build real relationships by meeting up at industry events or asking to host joint webinars.

There’s a lot of ways to connect, but if you do it right, your successful Instagram account will be a source of entertainment and information for your audience.

Update: Instagram made changes to their Graph API in 2018, which may affect functionality mentioned above. Read here for more information

10 ways to make your Instagram interesting - HEROINE

There are already several dozen photos on your Instagram, but no one but your best friend likes, and new friends are in no hurry to appear? For a cozy home "event recorder", which is kept in the mode of a personal diary, this is normal. You just leave notches for memory. If you want something more, then you need to take Instagram seriously and slightly adjust its development strategy. It won't take much time.

1. Something to say

First of all, you need to decide on the theme of your Instagram. Photos of coffee from Starbucks and new sneakers, as well as other everyday nonsense, which is often called the buzzword lifestyle, will not attract subscribers. Unless you have already become a famous person. Analyze your own life: what interests you the most, what could you constantly find new facets of? See which photos in your account have the most likes and comments. Now there are so many directions that you can take very narrow segments: your own drawings, landscapes, textures, shadows, books ... Anything! At least photograph the same place on the street every day, showing its change depending on the weather, time of day and people around you. The main thing is that it should be interesting.

You can combine a couple of different topics in one account, for example, photos of cats and smiling people on public transport. The maximum is 3 if they are closely related. If there are more topics that you can cover with high quality, then create a separate account for each of them. It will be more difficult to upload photos, but it will be much easier to attract subscribers.

2. Let there be light!

The most important technical detail in framing is the light. Try to keep everything in your frame well lit. Then the pictures will be clear. If you decide to photograph something at dusk, you will have to find high-quality equipment that will take good pictures. A regular smartphone camera can only capture vague shadows or objects unnaturally illuminated by a flash.

3. Every day as scheduled

Photos should be posted regularly. And this does not mean at all that the more often, the better. Regularly - just means measuredly. It is not necessary to make a new post every day, but if you do not appear for more than 2-3 days, then subscribers will forget about you or get bored. If you took a whole bunch of beautiful and suitable shots at once, then “save” some of them. A large stream of even the most beautiful photos will annoy users of the service. Post a couple, tell us what else you have for starters, and then post 1-2 photos a day.

4. #How to be hashtags

Imagine that hashtags are an acid that you need to add to a chemical compound to start a reaction. You can’t do without it, as well as without hashtags - it is through them that many subscribers find topics of interest to them. But if you add too much, then everything will deteriorate or even fly into the air. Have you ever seen posts on Instagram, where under the usual frame there are several dozen hashtags that are much longer than the signature in length? It annoys everyone.

It is desirable that there are no more than 5-6 hashtags. At the same time, 2-3 can be made as general as possible, and the rest - as “pointed” as possible in relation to what is happening in the frame. This is how you can attract the maximum audience.

5. We are not alone here

Successful promotion of Instagram requires interaction with other users. Feel free to like your friends and similar channels, feel free to subscribe to everyone with a similar theme. If there are other people with Instagram accounts in your photos, be sure to tag them. Geotagging can also be useful: the more specific, the better. It’s just not worth getting involved in adventures with “you to me, I to you” and bots.

Live users don't like cheaters like that, and you want to bring your creativity to real people, and not get several thousand "dead souls" as subscribers.

6. Black and white is the hit of the season

The difficult question is whether it is worth using the built-in Instagram filters? Some of them can really look good in average quality photos, but in most shots they are immediately visible and arranged in a very rough way. If you want to process your own photos with filters, then it's better to install an additional application with more features. At the same time, this will help you stand out from other Instagram accounts on your topic.

7. It's all about technology

Don't be lazy and explore the technical capabilities of your camera, even if it's quite simple, built into a smartphone. In any camera there are nuances of light, correction, focus and other things. Perhaps they will not always be useful to you, but it is the technical variety that will help you make a good shot, unlike the rest.

Reading books on photography will also benefit you, even if you definitely won't use half of the tricks you learned. The literature on reportage photography is especially good, since any Instagram user is, first of all, a reporter of his own life.

8. Shall we talk?

Each photo must have a caption in addition to hashtags and geotags. Sometimes they subscribe to Instagram precisely because of witty comments. You don’t need to make it too big and detailed - after all, they don’t come to Instagram for reading. However, it will be useful to ask questions from the audience from time to time to get feedback - answers and comments. At the same time, you will learn firsthand what people like or dislike about your posts.

9. Fashion for the people

Fashion trends often appear on Instagram, which in one way or another concern almost all users. Consider, for example, the Prisma app, which turned photos into paintings. Or endless photos of Pokémon from the game of the same name in unexpected places. Such "fashionable things" must be used carefully. If they have just appeared, then you can apply them when they fit the theme of the channel.

But if the "trends" are several weeks old, then it is better not to touch it, even if it suits you. Users are probably tired of the dominance of this topic in the feed, so there is no need to annoy them once again. You can use the idea in a month, when the hype subsides. Then it will look like a kind of retro reminder.

10. From every iron

Cross-promotion can attract many new subscribers. This means that you need to set up automatic messages about new photos on Instagram in other social networks. Almost all major social networks now work great with Instagram, so you won't have to do anything, but your friends and any "mimocodyles" will be able to follow the link to your photo channel.

Screen time statistics on my smartphone consistently show that I spend 24-27 hours a week on social media. And when preparing this article, the time increased to almost 48 hours a week! FORTY-EIGHT HOURS, CARL! Two days left my life in the virtual world. As our blog editor said: “After this, readers simply have to like this article.” :D

And now without the lyrics: I present to your attention 50 Instagram profiles where you can get inspiration to improve your account.

All presented profiles are not a model and an ideal to which one should mindlessly strive! Moreover, some of the profiles have a lame text feed, some have “Actual”, and others have BIO. So we just look at the beautiful pictures and, as usual, make ours even better.

P.S. Carefully! There is a share of subjective evaluation! For those who do not accept other people's opinions, we recommend drinking valerian extract before reading.

Profiles that did! We look at examples of beautiful Instagrams

  1. @magnitkrd

Of course, Instagram's biggest asset is its own style. Let it be strange, let it be “not for everyone”, let someone wrinkle at the sight of a visual... But true connoisseurs and like-minded people will roll their eyes with pleasure. Just look at what beauty "Magnit" creates!

  2. @pyshechnaya1958

The same can be said about the profile of the same puffy one. There are few photos, but a lot of pleasure. It has its own identity, just as there is a sexual connotation. By the way, not so long ago they wrote about the "sex" trigger in advertising, you can look here. But if you decide to make your profile sexy, be careful: Instagram doesn’t take even hints of eroticism with a bang. Which is a little sad, because these hints are very aesthetic and appropriate.

  3. @inspiration_decorstudio

Mosaic puzzle - call it what you want. The essence will not change - this technique attracts attention, whatever one may say, especially if it is used more than once in the profile. Take a look at this account, at the beginning it has several mosaics and all with green accents. There is definitely something in this. =) But when using a mosaic, keep in mind that not all subscribers love it, because it is very strange to see 6-9 incomprehensible fragments in a row in your feed.

  4. @bibliiteka_club_official

We continue talking about mosaics. If desired, with the help of fragments, you can arrange an insta-lander. Everything is clear from the name: this is an ordinary landing page transferred to the Instagram profile. =) Why is such a thing needed? For example, if you don’t have a website and it’s hard for you to maintain social networks on an ongoing basis. We create an insta-landing, pour advertising there, voila, you can find out all the information about your company in one click.

  5. @japan.papa

Another example of how snippets can be used in an Instagram profile. We take an advertising banner, cut it, lay it out. Done, you are amazing! The main thing is that banners should be informative and be combined with each other.

  6. @adverteam_studio

I know, I know, we are already tired of mosaics, I promise that we will finish them soon. =) Showcase your product or service in one post? No, they didn't. Let's go to 9-ty, as, for example, a branding agency did when they showed their design development for a client company. Looks damn cool and convenient for potential customers. When they get to your profile, they can get acquainted with examples of your work in a convenient and original format.

  7. @ilfioredecor

By the way, if you didn’t know or didn’t think about it: photos in the puzzle can be cut not only across the entire width of the Instagram tile by 3, 6 or 9fragments. You can, for example, use only two vertical squares in the mosaic, as was done in this account.

  8. @___aromagia___

Any SMM specialist, if he sees catalog photos on a white background in your profile, will start screaming heart-rendingly. Of course, depending on how it's all implemented and blah blah, but most often it looks ugly. What to do if there are no ideas? Alternatively, the white background can be replaced with silver or any other more interesting color. It will come out much prettier.

  9. @jean_baby_shop

Another similar example, suitable for you if you find it difficult to crop products and transfer them to another background. You can lay out products on the same background and add thematic props. In total, you get the same catalog, only more Instagrammable.

  10. @artberi_rings

And yes, you can lay out the goods not only on the photo background. The images in this profile are not intricate - just decorations for the box. But it looks very neat and aesthetic: both catalog and instagram. =)

  11. @babygramhouse

Another variation of the catalog. This is just in case the white background cannot be cut down with an ax. Make the same substrates for each photo, they will save the situation.

  12. @juvelarto_store

And this is how you can arrange a non-catalogue catalog. Stock up on fabrics, substrates, paper and combine backgrounds of different textures and colors. And do not forget about the props so that the product does not look "naked".

  13. @island_soul_jewelry

And, of course, you can always demonstrate your product on models. The main thing is to repeat like a mantra: you need excellent photo quality, the same lighting and a single filter. Oh, yes... Also an interesting framing, the ability to be creative. In general, from experience I will say that for such cases it is better to hire a professional photographer, they have an eye for successful shots.

  14. @sushi_holl_

From personal observation: if you look at many, many profiles on Instagram in a row (as I did for this article), the eyes will be more attracted to accounts where black prevails. Why? Because there are far fewer of them. It just so happened that the Instagram audience loves everything light and glamorous, ignoring the charm of restrained, even a little gloomy photos. So there is a double-edged sword here: dark profiles stand out from the competitive ones, but not the entire audience will fall into ecstasy from their beauty. As they say, not everyone will understand.

  15. @plekhanova_studio

One black-black profile contained black-black photographs taken with a black-black camera. =) I am almost 100% sure that if not all, then most of the photos in this profile are made by myself. Again, everything here is gloomy, although the theme of the beauty salon is conducive to "pink in rhinestones." Going to the "dark side" adds to the expensiveness of the profile, and unique shots add ... um ... uniqueness. In general, this example of Instagram is very successful, definitely worthy of attention.

  16. @black

And this is for those who continue to claim that the mood color black is allowed only for Creed and Kirkorov, but for self-respecting profiles on Instagram. Look at this account with a sea of followers and amazing engagement! So black for Instagram is very viable. Proven!

  17. @write__for_you

Let's continue to develop the theme of profiles "not for everyone". Here everything is done in black and white, and this is again an amateur, they say, gloomy and depressing. By no means! For my taste, it looks very stylish and stands out against the background of sugary profiles.

  18. @vrn_mart_design

Definitely against black? You can choose white. The abundance of "air" in the profile also attracts attention and does not look boring.

  19. @pinocchioosteria

Well, what are we all about black and black?! Let's add colors and lights! Now I will disgrace the whole village, but I can’t figure out how to indicate in a couple of words what is attractive in this profile. =D There are overlapping colors here, I'll assume that one filter is used. In general, different color and light photos miraculously form a harmonious and bright profile. As for me, this is the most difficult thing to achieve, but the result is excellent - a beautiful Instagram that you want to subscribe to.

  20. @biancazapatka

And now the brightness is at maximum! I am sharing with you one of my favorite profiles. Do not look at an empty stomach! Each photo is like a work of art, each has a lot of color, a lot of design elements. But all colors echo and the abundance of everything coexists in harmony.

  21. @sushi__panda__

Golden mean. When you want to use classic black and white, but also bright colors. Just add a bright accent to the bw, for example, red. Ready! You are gorgeous!

  22. @yam_yam_irk

A little more about food and professional unique shots. Showcase products in catalog format? Can! But it's too easy. =) What if you organize a photo shoot?. . Remember that unique pictures with an idea will be a hundred times more valuable than catalog ones. But they will also cost you more energy.

  23. @mir_matematika

This is a math tutor profile. The photo tile itself is a simple “checkerboard” where identically designed photos go through one publication. The trick here is to style the profile to fit your theme. For example, geometric shapes and mathematical icons have been added to this account: this does not require a lot of fuss, but makes the profile much more attractive. So feel free to take it into service, the main thing is not to overload.

  24. @delfin_mkala

We continue the conversation about styling to fit your theme. Here the design is almost “too much”, there are many tricks, bright elements, contrasting colors. But! The topic itself allows such a search, everything related to goods and services for children can go a little beyond. In this example of a beautiful profile, we pay attention to stylization: ducks, lifebuoys - all this reinforces the theme of the children's pool.

But these are not all tricks. Meet the endless feed on Instagram! Its essence is that the image or icon smoothly transitions from one publication to another. The endless tape has both admirers and haters. Where is the negative? It's simple: for many, due to the fact that all the photos in the profile are combined, it is difficult to catch the eye on something. In my opinion, here the endless feed is implemented very neatly and does not turn publications into mush.

  25. @bs_bomond

Here we see an element of an endless ribbon - the line smoothly flows from one photo to another. Attracts attention, but does not distract from the main photos. As a result, we get a non-trivial and beautiful profile on Instagram.

  26. @kidscare.official

Here we also see small infinite elements. Plus, there is compliance with the color scheme of the substrates: blue and pink. Why do such things? They help out a lot when there is no way to combine the photos themselves: they can differ in color, lighting, design. Then endless elements and backgrounds help merge diverse photos into one style. Immediately there is uniformity, which is so important for publications.

  27. @the_barbershop_group

Here is another profile with an infinite element. The best option when you want to add raisins, but you don’t want to spend a lot of effort. We take one detail and run it through the entire profile. Done, you are amazing!

  28. @mantin.home

A moment of subjective opinion. I really like the checkerboard on Instagram profiles, by the way, I already talked about it in this article. In my opinion, this is one of the most convenient and pleasant formats for perception. If the templates for checkers are also made in a stylish way, then they are generally delicious. As a rule, informational posts are drawn up with a checker, which is +90 points for convenience.

  29. @grid_moscow

Did you think we would end the conversation about checkers so quickly? =D See Instagram example for a car service. Here we do not see dirt, spare parts lying around and car mechanics covered in fuel oil. Accuracy adds, firstly, a checker, and secondly, the thoughtfulness of the pictures themselves.

  30. @avealalat

Maam, can we talk about checker? =D In general, in short: such a trick can be implemented not only with the help of the same template, but also with the help of inscriptions on the photo. The main thing is that the text is readable, of course. And if you also choose a cool font, you will definitely get a couple of points to the beauty of your profile on Instagram.

  31. @repetitor_math_online

Olya, calm down with your checker! Not! =D There is one more thing. Patterns for checkers may not always be 100% the same. If you keep the color scheme, but change some elements, it will be even cooler. So you can individually make your own template for each checkers post, or at least make 4+ different templates. It will turn out very nice and somehow more “wow, how the person got confused!”.

  32. @pelmenya_irk

Potentially Delicious Content – Aesthetic food images immediately start salivating! The profile is made in dark colors, which makes it stylish and status, and most importantly, nothing distracts from food photos.

  33. @wedress_studio

A simple solution to add aesthetics - frames! The same white frames, as in this example, add to the air profile, allow you to focus on the picture and, of course, add zest. So beauty is not always the invention of the bicycle.

  34. @prazdnik138

Don't like the same frames? Business, do something different! It will also turn out very nice.

  35. @chistyydomeco.belka

We will slowly move on to talking about templates with you. Now drawing an individual or buying a standard template is a very popular thing in the field of Instagram. You get a template - insert your photos - you're done! If you wish, you can make up the photo yourself, for example, in the Canva application. By the way, we already talked about it earlier in the article.

In this example, we see a color template where the whole design is based on 3 colors: blue, gray and white. As a rule, the prevailing colors are chosen based on the company logo.

  36. @say.yes.agency

Another example of templates with multiple colors and designs. Remember that the more different elements you have and the more they are active in the feed, the more difficult it is to combine them. So advice to you: be sure to use the tile designer on Instagram. For example, the UNUM application. It reproduces the social network tiles, which gives you the opportunity to know in advance how certain pictures will look next to each other. You can learn even more useful applications in one of our articles.

  37. @atami_jap

By the way, for some topics, color extravaganza is not only acceptable, but also desirable. For example, Korean cosmetics, baby products, dry pools. Here, the color play on the verge of a foul is quite harmonious. But again, everything depends on your taste: not everyone manages to catch the balance between extravagance and outright trash.

  38. @nats_auto

And you can get by with just one color in templates. Look, blue has been added to the profile: both in the main tile and in the covers for Topical. And everything went from the company logo. And as a result, we have a uniform profile, in which, by the way, there is also a lot of "air" due to the abundance of white. Watch how you can beautifully present a topic that is difficult for Instagram, as, for example, this car service did.

  39. @pigmalion_salon_krasoty

There are templates a little more complicated, where not just uniform colors are used, but colored backgrounds or substrates, as in this example.

  40. @ylettravel

Do not underestimate the work with captions on the photo - they help the user immediately grab what he is interested in. You can simply put an inscription on the photo, or you can, as here, use templates. By the way, pay attention to a common trick - to place similar photos in one line vertically.

  41. @goodgarden_studio

Since we’ve already touched on the subject of post layout, posts with the same or very similar design can be placed in one line vertically, horizontally, or you can come up with your own order and post photos even as a snake, even as a spiral, at least ... at least as, in general . =) What is enough for your imagination.

  42. @gcc_irk38

In almost every article I say that banal stock photos are bad for your Instagram. But there are also exceptions. We take a cartoon stock, add a template, put inscriptions - it turns out very well! So, if you have time to select hand-drawn pictures on your subject or there is a designer in slavery who can be exploited, feel free to experiment with drawings.

  43. @jp_clubbust

Continuing the theme of drawings, look how cute these painted busts are! They are in some info posts, on the avatar, on the covers of Actual. Yes, there is no super-originality in this, but the profile is remembered thanks to bright pictures. Plus, there are elements of an endless ribbon and work with white frames. I definitely approve! =)

  44. @sidorova.koza.brand

Now I will embarrass myself again, because I don’t know how to describe this profile. Strange, even surreal in places... You have to muster up the courage and go beyond the limits of normality in order to start maintaining an account in a similar vein. Think you can't do it right? Photo stocks to help you. There are a lot of oddities there, you will definitely find something for yourself, I give a tooth. =) And I also give a link to an article where free photo stocks are collected.

  45. @seizetheimpress

If using content on photo stocks is too easy for you, and you are eager to create and get up, you can take unique pictures in a similar vein, as the owners of this profile do. The guys are strange, but cool, bravo!

  46. @keti_spain

Sometimes your merchandise can inspire you with ideas for an interesting presentation of photographs. How can you beautifully serve dolls? You can just take a picture of them on a photophone, or you can ... arrange a trip around the city for them! The very idea of humanizing dolls is not new, but with a stylish implementation, it all looks cool. Although a little creepy in places.

  47. @timandtimicecream

When writing this article, it is not always possible to maintain objectivity, so I introduce you to the profile that fell in love with me at first sight. Something from pop art, something from minimalism... Personally, I am delighted! I definitely advise you to look through the account, pumping in a combination of bright colors is guaranteed to you!

  48. @42coffeeshop

This is my article, I do what I want until the editor sees it. =D Therefore, I show another profile on Instagram, which is similar to the previous one. Again, bright colors, mouth-watering photos, party-like, modernity. A little more and I will perform an ode to these profiles! In the meantime, I'm singing, you run into these accounts to soak up the beauty.

  49. @alexandriaslens

Oh, we have a good charge of inspiration and practical advice! At least I really hope so. And therefore - at the end of the article, dessert. =) A profile of a talented photographer whose pictures you want to look at, and look at, and look at. Let's discard all the problems: a drop in activity on Instagram, an unwritten content plan... Just enjoy.

  50. @service1ps

Well, now we have reached the promised figure of 50! Although I put the profile to the end, it takes first place in my heart. Yes, yes, this is the Instagram account of our 1PS Service! We try to please you with beauty and usefulness 2-3 times a week: we talk about useful things with metaphors and jokes, select images with trepidation. And, of course, do not forget to spoil you with gifts: subscribe to our profile, repost any post in your stories and get a 5% discount on any Service service. The commercial break is over! =)

Conclusion: why did you need to watch beautiful Instagram accounts?

Yes, there was no need for anything. =D Of course, if you are not concerned about the successful promotion of your profile, it is useful to see what others are doing, analyze their chips, think about how this or that stylistic move is implemented. All this encourages improvement. So don't forget to periodically raid Instagram.

In the end, I want to share with you my observations:

  • Empirically, it has been proven that if the profile has a sloppy or banal avatar, the rest of the design will also be lame. In order to save time when collecting profiles, I did not even log into accounts with a so-so avatar. What follows from this? That the avatar should be beautiful! It is with him that the user begins to get acquainted with your company. May it be successful.
  • Accounts with an aesthetic product by default, such as flowers or cakes, prefer not to implement any chips. And in vain. All profiles become one person and it is difficult to single out at least some company.
  • In addition to inspiration, the analysis of beautiful accounts and the analysis of competitive accounts on Instagram allow you to identify imperfections in your own profile. Detect and eliminate. =) By the way, if you don't know what to pay attention to, this article will make your life easier. In it, we told you how to objectively evaluate your account.
