How to turn off Instagram Live notifications in the Instagram app
1. Launch the Instagram app on your iPhone or Android.
2. Navigate to your profile page using the bottom menu, and select the icon depicting a person all the way to the right.
3. At the top of the page, select the three horizontal lines. This will take you to a menu.

In the pop-up menu, select "Settings" at the top of the list.

How to Enable Facebook Live Notifications
- Log in to Facebook and click the dropdown arrow in the top-right.
- Click Settings.
- Select Notifications on the left navigation.
- Click Video, then slide each option On or Off as desired.
How to Enable Facebook Live Notifications for Specific Pages
- Go to the Facebook page you want to receive Facebook Live notifications for.
- Hover over the Following button.
- Next to Notifications, click the pencil icon (edit button).
- Under Posts, if Standard or Highlights is selected then you will receive Live video notifications from the page. Alternatively, click Off to never receive any notifications from that page.
How to Enable Notifications for Instagram Live
By default, Instagram live video notifications are turned on for all accounts.
