If everything is easier with a photo - I took a regular screenshot and the picture was saved, then what to do with the video? What programs will help you download a useful or just funny video?
Via Telegram
You can download the video using the Telegram messenger (we don’t need a bot, we will use the program’s built-in functionality):
- On Instagram, open the post with the video, click on the three dots.
Tap on the three dots at the top
- Select "Copy Link".

- Now go to Telegram. Expand its menu, go to "Favorites" and go to the cloud.
