You can log into SurveyMonkey and create a simple survey from scratch using supported questions. Or create a survey based on the Facebook Messenger template: you can change the questions, delete them, or add your own.

Keep it short and simple

The fewer questions you ask, the better Messenger works. Surveys can have a maximum of 25 questions and a maximum of 10 response options per question. In addition, the length of the question text should not exceed 320 characters, and the answer option text should not exceed 20 characters; do not use polling logic or special question settings.
