How to Sign Out of, or Unlink, an Epic Games Account From a PS4

  • You can't directly sign out of your Epic Games account on PS4, but you can effectively sign out by unlinking your Epic Games account from your PlayStation Network account. 
  • To sign out of your Epic Games account on your PS4, you need to disconnect your accounts from the Epic Games website. 

If you want to sign out of your Epic Games account that's linked to your PlayStation Network account, you might feel perplexed at how to do so. 

The PS4 doesn't currently have an application that allows you to sign in and out of your Epic Games account. Fortunately, there's a workaround you can try from the Epic Games website.

How to sign out of Epic Games account on PS4

Because the Epic Games app isn't compatible with your PS4 directly, you'll have to go to the Epic Games website to sign out.

1. Go to the Epic Games website on your computer, and log in to your account.

2. Hover your cursor over your username in the upper right corner of the screen so that a dropdown menu appears. In the dropdown menu, click "Account."

3. In the sidebar, click on "Connections."

4. Click the "Accounts" tab.

5. Scroll down to the Playstation Network field and click the gray "Disconnect" button.

6. A pop-up window will appear. To sign out of your Epic Games account, you must click each of the boxes in the pop-up window. Once all the boxes are checked, click "Unlink."

Your Epic Games account should now be signed out on your PS4.

Linking your account in Genshin Impact is incredibly easy.

Is Genshin Impact cross-platform?

We’re pleased to report that, yes, Genshin Impact does support cross-platform play across a range of devices. Those playing on mobile, console, or PC, will be able to play with others using different platforms.

So, whether you’re playing on PlayStation 4 or 5, Nintendo Switch, PC, or mobile, you’ll be able to play the game with people using various other platforms.

How to link Genshin Impact mobile account to PC

Here’s how to link your PC to your existing mobile account:

  1. Tap the Paimon icon (top left) to bring up the menu.
  2. Click on the cog (left of the screen).
  3. Select the ‘Account‘ option.
  4. Click on ‘User Center‘.
  5. Find the email option and send a verification code to your registered email address.
  6. Head over to your registered email and locate the verification code.
  7. Head back over to the game and enter the verification code.

Once you’ve done the above, your account should be linked across both PC and mobile devices. Simply log in via the verified email and you will be able to instantly pick up from where you last left off.

Even if you switch from one platform to another using the same account, you can still take advantage of cross-platform play.

How to link Genshin Impact mobile account on PS4 and PS5

Linking your accounts on either PS4 or PS5 is also incredibly easy, with a slight caveat. If you’ve already previously logged into the game on console prior to cross-save being introduced, you will not be able to link an account that’s associated with that email address.

These steps will also only work on a fresh install of the game. However, this won’t impact your ability to plat Genshin Impact cross-platform.

  • When the game loads, a notice titled ‘Welcome to Genshin Impact’ will appear. It’ll prompt you to read two agreements.
  • After agreeing to them, another notice will appear saying ‘Prepare to Begin Your Adventure’. Here, you’re able to link your existing email address associated with your current mobile account.
  • Select ‘Link miHoYo account (Email)’.
  • A browser window will pop up. Enter your email, and you’ll be sent a verification code.
  • Enter that into the bottom box, and your account will be linked.
  • You’re all set – enjoy exploring Teyvat on console!

To put it simply, cross-save enables you to play on the same Genshin Impact account across numerous devices.

For example, if you have a console Genshin Impact account and wish to play on PC and mobile, then following the above steps will transfer and link all of your progress freely between any device of your choosing.

We all have or will have multiple profiles in social networks. The answer to the question "why" is individual. Someone separates personal and work information, someone needs it for other purposes - perhaps you are Batman and lead a double life.
It's not always convenient to use two profiles. Sometimes this requires downloading additional unofficial applications, and sometimes it's just inconvenient to log out of the main account every time to go to the second one. The solution is much simpler than it seems at first glance.

Duplicate applications for Android

Android has provided the function of duplicate applications on most smartphones. It creates a similar application with zero settings. The name of the function on different smartphones may be called differently.
The function is located in one of the sections: “Accessibility”, “Additional functions”, “Applications”. It may be called “Dual Application Profile” or “Software Clones”, depending on the smartphone brand. Select an app to clone and wait for the download.

The application clone will appear on the smartphone screen. The icon will look like the original with a small addition - a clone icon in the corner. So you can easily distinguish the clone from the original application.

Second space for Xiaomi

Xiaomi owners will need a function - “Second space”. It allows you to create a parallel version of the operating system on your phone. The second space works identically to the first. Initially, it is completely empty and you can reinstall the necessary applications and log in to them. With one click, you can move between the two spaces and even set a password.
Installing the second space is easy enough. Go to "Settings", then to "Accessibility" and "Second Space". Start the installation and wait for the space to form.

The Go icon will appear on the screen. Use it to change the space.


iOS didn't provide app clone or second space creation, so workarounds have to be found. There is no free third-party clone app, but some apps have taken care of managing multiple accounts on their own. You can use the same functions for Android.

Second Instagram account

The application allows you to use several instagram accounts at the same time and switch between them without having to constantly log in and out and enter passwords. You just need to go to the main page, click on the login above and add an account. After that, you can easily switch accounts on instagram at any time.

Second Telegram account

The application allows you to have more than one Telegram account. Thanks to this, it becomes easier to separate work and personal life in the messenger. Go to settings, click on your profile and on the line "Add account". You will receive a code in Telegram to the number through which you authorize. The code can also be sent via SMS. After that, you can easily switch telegram accounts in the side menu. Also in the telegram, you can turn off notifications on individual chats, which makes it possible not to be distracted by unnecessary messages or notifications from telegram channels. Long press on an account when navigating to open a window with recent chats. So you can “peep” whether something important has arrived or not. Account management is carried out in the settings in the “devices” section. Here you can view active sessions and end your account on other devices.

Facebook accounts

Facebook added the ability to switch between accounts. To do this, log out of the main account and log in to the second one. The login data for both accounts will be saved and you can switch between them by clicking the “Logout” button.

Several accounts in Viber

The official messenger did not provide for the use of more than one account. On android, the problem is solved quite simply using the functions of cloning applications or the second space, which we described above. iPhone owners will not be able to install a second Viber without the help of a MacBook or paid apps in the App Store.
