At the same time, many even tweak their views, for example, in the taplike service, because the Instagram algorithm is designed in such a way that the larger the number of views, the more Instagram itself increases coverage. How to download someone else's story from Instagram
Today, there are several ways to save someone else's story on Instagram. Some, in my opinion, are a little more secure, but a little less convenient, some are a little more advanced - but registration on third-party services is required. Which one to choose is ultimately up to you.
The first way: take a screenshot and / or screencast of our screen
The most banal answer to the question “How to save other people's stories on Instagram?”: just take a screenshot of the screen at the time of playback of stories or record a video with any convenient program.
For Android, for example, this can be done using the AZ Screen Recorder application. The program has a pretty nice set of free features: the creators offer bitrate, audio recording, screen capture. By the way, it does not require Root-rights. Additional features are available at a fairly low cost.
Prior to the creation of iOS 11, iPhone owners also had to install a special application or record video using a laptop. However, in version 11 of their system, Apple quite officially added this feature directly to the device. You need:
- Open “Settings”:
- Come to the “Management point” and select “Complete the control elements” there:
- Add the new element “Writing”:
Free analysis free analysis Instagram followers
By the way, try doing a free analysis of your Instagram followers through InstaHero. You will find out the quality of your account, how many bots and garbage you have, and you can also remove everything. Removing bots increases reach, engagement, and activity. Try for free.
Free subscriber analysis
- After that, we return to the main screen and call the quick menu for accessing the settings. A new button should appear there, the same "Screen Recording". We click on it - and we calmly record video from the iPhone screen.
The second way: using applications
How else can you copy someone else's Instagram story? I suggest you use special applications for saving stories.
- Story Saver App
Designed for Android. Pros: allows you to easily, simply and for free download someone else's story from Instagram. Downloads both videos and photos from stories to your phone. Recently added the ability to download current stories. Perfectly supports not one, but several accounts at once - no need to switch ten times.
Cons: after the latest updates, you have to click on each story separately, if there are a lot of them, this is not very convenient. However, the minus is rather conditional - the application does an excellent job with its main task, and this is the main thing.
- StorySave
As you will see, saving someone else's Instagram story on Android with this application is easy: it allows you to download photos, videos, stories and live broadcasts on Instagram. It is intuitive to work: we enter the insta account, move between the proposed tabs - stories, posts, live broadcasts. If you need to save a live broadcast or a story of someone you are not following, just use the search inside the application. After saving everything you need, look for it in the phone's gallery.
- Repost Stories for Instagram
Install Repost Stories for Instagram and you're done. The application is completely free, perfectly displays both stories and broadcasts. It works similarly to the previous options: we load the application, enter the Instagram, find the necessary profiles and look for the Stories we need there. Select it, click the "Repost" button, download the story. If you tap the “Life” button at the top right, we will see only broadcasts.
- Repost and Save for Instagram
iOS app designed to repost and save photos and stories of your friends. The program is paid, but if you look at the reviews, this is literally the best answer to the question of how to download not your story on Instagram. It works intuitively simply: we go into the application, register through our insta account, there we see a list of the latest stories from friends. We calmly repost or save, if necessary.
- Repost for Instagram Story
Pretty feature-packed app, free - but with the option to purchase a pro version that opens up some nice additional features. With this application, you can save other people's stories on Instagram videos and photos, profile photos in a sufficiently high quality, view stories in anonymous mode, and also repost any photos and videos from Instagram. In addition, it will be possible to add your own videos and photos to stories that are older than 24 hours. Supports multiple accounts at once, which is convenient.
Third way: use the Storiesig website
Is it possible to download someone else's Instagram story without installing any extra applications? Yes, using a regular browser:
- Open storiesig.
