Booting up your new phone and going through everything in there is always a special experience, but this ritual is often soured by the presence of bloatware and unnecessary third-party apps. OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) are quite keen on cluttering up your phone with things you don’t need at all, there are a few manufacturers that go way beyond including apps like a calendar or a clock. Facebook is one such app.
Facebook has been the target of a really bad rep in recent days especially after the data leak scandal. If the app is preinstalled on your phone, uninstalling the app is not a matter of just clicking on uninstall, manufacturers do not provide you with the opportunity of doing this. If rooting your phone and making your phone’s warranty void is not something you wish to do, you can use one of the below methods to remove Facebook and other third-party apps. The three techniques given below can remove the app:
The option of disabling Facebook is available within Settings. In order to do this, you need to select Apps from the Settings app. On newer versions of Android, you will need to expand the list by tapping on "See all apps."
The next thing you need to do is select the Facebook app to access the App Info page. There are two buttons saying "Disable" and "Force Stop." Selecting the option called "Disable" and clicking on "OK" will disable the app.
There are currently reliable apps available in the Play Store for LG and Samsung devices which can remove Facebook and other bloatware as well.
The LG version is priced at $1.99 and the reliability of the app varies as well. Samsung has an app that is much reliable, unfortunately, like the LG version, this app comes with a pretty little price tag as well. It costs around $3.49.

Using ADB commands is free and the process to follow in order to remove the unwanted bloatware is quite straightforward.
You will need to download and install ADB on your computer first. You will need to install USB drivers on your phone in order to ensure proper communication between your computer and your phone.
In order to disable the apps using this method, you will need to know the exact package name of the app you want to get rid of. For this, you will need to head over to the Play Store and install App Inspector. Go to the app and select App List and then tap on the Facebook app. You can find the package name under the name of the app.
This starts with a "com" or "net" followed by words separated by dots.
After this, connect your phone to your PC and enable USB debugging. Input the following command with the package name in the place of XX.
adb shell pm uninstall -k --user o XX
This will get rid of the app.

Have you forgotten how many third party apps and websites have access to your Facebook account? Believe me, you are not the only one. If, after learning how to uninstall the Facebook app, you want to know how to DELETE FACEBOOK APPS, then let's get started:
It turns out that many people have given apps and websites access to their Facebook profile over the years. Some of them may be games that you haven't played in a long time (remember Words With Friends?), others are apps that you tried once or twice and immediately forgot (like Shareagift).
Still others are apps with social features that you never use (like the ability to share my Netflix browsing history with Facebook friends), or those groups of apps and quiz sites that tell you how you'll be at the end of the year, what is your spirit animal or who would you be if you were a five star character from Genshin Impact. Yes, there is a lot of it on Facebook.
If you don't want a particular app to have access to your Facebook account (including personal information such as your username, your gender, the Facebook networks you join, and your friends list), there is an easy way access your account. Facebook from this list of privileges. Of course, this may result in you exiting the app and/or disabling some social features.
Don't want to Nenhum Is an app or website interfering with your Facebook profile? In this case, you can slam the door for everyone at once. Here's what you do:
Once this is done, all your Facebook apps will be deactivated and you won't be able to add anything else to your profile. Changed your mind? Fear not - you can always turn the Facebook platform back on.
On Android, go to settings and select "apps" or "application manager". Select Facebook or Facebook Messenger from the list and click delete.
This is because the Facebook app is preinstalled on your phone as a system app. You won't be able to remove it, but you can disable it. Go to Settings > Application Manager. Find Facebook in the list and select it.
When disabled, the app behaves the same way as when uninstalled, which means that it does not collect data or send information to Facebook. It's unlikely that this will provide much more security for Android users, given recent revelations about Facebook's data collection practices.
Deleting the app will delete the front end (app only) of your phone, which you can redownload and log in again. Everything works through remote FB servers and this app only gives you access to your profile on the server, so deleting the app has nothing to do with your FB data.
When you disable an Android app, your phone automatically deletes all its data from memory and cache (only the original app remains in the phone's memory). It also removes your updates and leaves as little data as possible on your device.
“The purpose of the Facebook System Apps is to help people get the best experience out of the prebuilt Facebook apps. The Facebook app is usually pre-installed as a stub app along with system apps to keep Facebook apps up to date.
Now leave it in the comments: Have questions about how to uninstall an application? Delete the Facebook app? Want to uninstall other inconvenient apps? Leave it in the comments and enjoy to learn more about the technology on our website.
