As previously said, you must confirm that third-party apps are available under the watch’s available section. To do this, launch the watch app on your iPhone. Tap “My Watch”, then “General”, and then disable “Automatic App Install”. You then scroll down to “Available Apps” after tapping “My Watch”. Install the applications by tapping the “Install” button next to the app.
For now, there is no official Instagram app on the App Store. But some third-party apps developed by several companies can act as Instagram. These apps give you full access as if you were using the Instagram app.

Each of you has probably ever thought about developing your own mobile application. The purpose of software can be very different - both a serious business solution and a simple "toy" for entertainment, but the essence is the same: to create something that people want and will use.

I've been developing for iOS for a long time, but until the end of last year, I mostly focused on individual applications to order. Having gained enough experience and a rich background, I finally decided to reconsider my goals in development, and starting from the last week of December, I came to grips with the implementation of my own products.
Now I have a well-established team of developers (back-end, Android, Web, marketer and designer), I myself am engaged in front-end for iOS. nine0003
At one time I had some experience related to Instagram, and first of all, my team and I started working on applications for this social network.
I have been a proud owner of an Apple Watch for a long time. The watch is really comfortable and solves a number of minor problems: when you need to quickly look up information at a meeting, on the subway or on the go, they are an indispensable assistant.
A few years ago I wanted to use VKontakte with my watch and wrote the first social network client for the Apple Watch.

The application is still in the top of the App Store, which for me is some indication that smart watch users still need clients of various social networks, despite the fact that, of course, they will not be able to fully use them.
Modern man lives at a crazy pace and at the same time consumes a huge amount of visual information. Many people are so accustomed to spinning the Instagram feed in their free time that they do it automatically. I thought: why not transfer this process to the clock? I scrolled through 5-10 photos, liked my friends, so to speak, and “quenched my thirst”, and spent almost no time. As you already understood, everything is simple: we have started developing the Instagram social network client for Apple Watch. nine0003
The project is called WatchGram.
This time we decided to write a completely native application without a server part. As usual, I began to write code in the Swift language. Despite the fact that the product was made only for the Apple Watch, the client for the iOS application still had to be created, since direct authorization in Instagram takes place through it.
