When people like your Facebook page, they’re more likely to see your updates in their newsfeeds, and that means more exposure for your page.
It also means more people are exposed to the message you want them to see, which is half the battle in growing your audience.
If people see your posts, then they have the possibility of engaging with them. And when they engage it can help it get seen by more people organically for free.
It’s true that there is nothing wrong with having a Facebook page where only a handful of people like it. However, if you’re trying to build up an audience for future campaigns or outreach efforts, inviting people right off the bat is an easy way to do just that.

Open the Facebook app and log into your account.
Select the hamburger menu in the top right corner (three lines).
Click on the Pages button below your profile.
Select the desired Facebook page from the list (if you have multiple Pages).
From the options at the top, scroll to the right to find the “More” option.
Scroll down to the “Grow your audience” section and select “Invite Friends”.
Now search for, select individually, or select all of your friends from the list by checking the box to the right of their name.
Once you have selected all of the friends you would like to invite, click “Send Invites”.
A great way to grow your Facebook page with people who will engage with your content is to invite the people that are already engaging with your posts.
People can find your page organically, through ads, through other people sharing your content, you sharing it yourself, etc.
