There are many reasons why you need to delete posts on your profile, and there are several ways to do it. Facebook provides the ability to delete posts from your page using any PC or mobile device.
The removal process is quite simple:
Important! When you delete a post from your page, its content will also disappear for those who reposted this post.
It is possible to delete a publication from your page using any mobile device, regardless of the operating system.
Algorithm of actions. Log in to your profile through the Facebook mobile app and log in.
Click on your avatar with the left mouse button.
Your page will open - scroll down a little until the posts appear.
Find the post you want to delete and click on the button with three horizontal dots in the right corner.
A window will open with a list of different functions - you need to select and click on "Move to Trash".
Next, you need to confirm your actions.
If you are satisfied that the publication is not completely deleted and will be in the trash for 30 days, leave it as it is, entrusting the site with automatic deletion. If such a delay does not suit you, you can delete the publication immediately through the "Action Log".
Here you need to return to the news feed section and click on the button with three horizontal lines, which is located in the upper right corner of the screen.
Next, go to Settings and Privacy.
And click on the appeared line "Settings".
Another window will appear - select "Action Log".
Click on it and select the post you want to delete from the "Your publications" section.
Click on it, select a post and delete it.
Note! In this way, you can delete the publication immediately and without waiting, but this requires moving the post to the trash, after which it can be deleted through the action log.
There are two ways to remove all posts from the feed:
Both methods are available for both PC and phone - they are completely identical, a slight difference is noticeable only in the interface. For example, you might consider deleting on a mobile device.
Deleting records:
In the menu that opens, click on the line "Your publications".
Now you need to click on the post filter icon.
And then filter your old posts. For example, it is easiest to do this by date.
After that, you need to delete each post in the standard way.
Important! You can't delete all old records at the same time - you can only delete them individually.
Closing access to publications is not a deletion in the full sense of the word. But this method provides an opportunity to close old posts from all people who view your page. Accordingly, publications will disappear from the news feed of friends or ordinary users.
How to close old posts:
In the window that opens, click on "Change Privacy".
Next, you need to put a label that closes old publications from everyone except the account owner.
The icon with the image of the globe in such publications will disappear - a “lock” should appear in its place.
It is not possible to delete all posts in your profile at the same time. You can use the filters in the "Action Log" section, sort the publications for deletion and remove each manually.
If the post is in the trash, you have 30 days to restore it. To do this, go to "Settings" and to "Your publications". After that, select the desired section and restore the post. The post will disappear after 30 days.
If the post is not in the trash, but deleted immediately through the "Action Log" - it is impossible to restore it.

Recordings were stored in the Archive, from where the user could re-publish them. In one of the updates, the option appeared in the browser and mobile versions.
How to remove one post:
In order not to lose a previously created entry, the user can hide it. A completely deleted publication cannot be restored, as well as returned added photos or videos.
The browser version has a section: "Manage publications", so it's easier to delete a post from a computer than in a mobile one. The user can select which entries to remove or hide from the Timeline. Separate options: change the posting date, edit the audience and the post itself.
How to delete multiple entries:
Publications are placed by date and grouped by months and weeks.
To delete everything at once, the user needs to go to the button: "Filters":
There are also other options for filters: "Privacy" and "Tagged Publication".
From the mobile version, in order to delete a post on Facebook, you must also go to management.
In contrast to the browser view, the function is hidden in the application and is located in the "Personal profile" category:
There are also filters with the same settings. The profile owner can delete individual posts one by one by going to them using the "Feed".
Another way to get away from others is to set your privacy settings. Change access to records:
The profile owner can restrict access to basic page information. For example, city of residence, date of birth and place of work.
Timeline of actions on Facebook - a log that allows you to view user activity from the day of registration. The owner of the page will see what search queries he performed, the publications he liked and deleted.
