How To Get 100k Followers In 30 Days
What if you could generate one hundred THOUSAND followers in just one month’s time with the snap of your fingers?
It really is possible, and this hack can be used by any account regardless of your current following. It’s one of my favorite tools to boost your growth quickly – but for some reason, nobody is talking about it.
That is…until now.
In this blog, I’m sharing a VIRAL Instagram Hack that is going to help you generate up to 100 THOUSAND followers in less than a month.
Yep – that’s not just some clickbait title – there really is a system to generate this kind of result, and I’m going to share it with you in this blog because it’s actually not as hard as it might sound.
So if you’re tired of only getting a handful of followers each month and want to start to really skyrocket your social media success – look no further, this blog is going to help you do just that.
Okay, are you ready? Then, let’s dive in.
Why You Need To Grow Your Instagram AccountSo, before we dive into the “how” I want to first talk about the “why” behind why you would even want to scale your followers on social media in the first place.
Social media is becoming one of the main drivers for both peoples’ businesses and their careers. Whether you want to have a successful career in the media space, are running your own business – and of course, especially if you want to be a full-time Influencer – you need to understand how social media works and be able to use the systems – like this one – so you can grow and scale.
One of the things that’s really important to understand when you’re scaling an account on social media is that there are different “tiers” of Influencers based on the number of followers they have. The tiers have nothing to do with the quality of the content produced, but each of the tiers are going to show up on social media in a slightly different way. Here’s what I mean…
- Nano-Influencers have 1,000-10,000 followers, and businesses love to work with them because of the close relationship they typically have with their audience. These influencers are creating really tailored content and building a relationship with their close-knit group of followers.
- Micro-Influencers have 10,000-50,000 followers and both have a close relationship with their audience and also a pretty expansive reach, which means they can get a message in front of more people while still having their audience’s trust.
- Mid-Tier Influencers fall between 50,000-500,000 followers. They are this really unique category who are likely still going to reply to a DM and interact with their followers on a pretty close-knit basis, but who also are going to be able to get really incredible brand deals because companies want to get in front of their audience due to its size.
- Macro-Influencers and Mega Influencers have 500,000+ followers and are pretty much your celebs, public figures and viral accounts who are incredibly well known.
Now, regardless of what level you’re at, you can have a massive impact. You have the ability to make a full-time income on social media no matter what. I say it all the time, but it only takes 1000 targeted followers to have a six-figure business.
BUT there also is something to be said for the fact that having more followers gets you a larger reach and unlocks some opportunities that might not otherwise be available to you. So if scaling to 100k followers and beyond is something you’re interested in, this hack is going to be incredibly helpful.
The Instagram Hack That Seriously WorksOkay, so the way this works is you’re going to be tapping into a group of Instagram accounts called “Theme Accounts” and using them to grow your own account.
Theme Accounts are accounts that typically have a Macro or Mega-Influencer-Sized following and specifically share a targeted type of content that their audience resonates with.
For example, the bossbabe account is a Theme Account because we share female empowerment, entrepreneurship and social media content that our audience really resonates with and is likely to engage with and then re-share.
Some other examples of Theme Accounts are filmmaking, fitness and dancing.
Theme Accounts create some of their own content, but they often share content from other creators that aligns with their own mission. Then, the Theme Account will tag that creator in the content and instantly that creator is in front of an audience of MILLIONS in one click.
So you can probably see where I’m going with this…
The idea is, you want to get your content reposted by a Theme Account so their followers see your content and then come back to your account and follow you.
But you’re probably thinking – okay Natalie, that sounds great, but how do I get a Theme Account to repost me?
Great question. Let me share the simple way to reverse-engineer this process so you can pretty much GUARANTEE you’ll get the attention of a Theme Account and can exponentially grow your followers.
Step 1: Do Your Research
The first step is research. Take time to make a list of Theme Accounts in your industry that have a similar audience to you. Ask yourself, “If I magically got to take over any Instagram account tomorrow and have it as my own – what account would I want to use?”
Don’t just limit yourself to accounts with millions of followers either – this can work with slightly smaller Theme Accounts, too. Basically – if they have an audience you admire and you think their audience would ultimately resonate with your offer – add it to the list.
Next, you’re going to go through each of the accounts you wrote down and see what performs best on their feed. If you go to Instagram on your desktop, you can hover over each post and see how many likes and comments it has. If you see a post that did particularly well – analyze it.
What are the comments saying? What does the post do that’s especially compelling? Is it using any trends right now? Break it down so you can replicate it for yourself.
(Psst – if you want to break down the most successful posts on your own account, click here for a free download where I’ll walk you through how to do just that.)
Step 2: Create Your Content
After that, create your own version of that content – content that emulates the top-performing posts on their feed. If their top-performing posts used really sassy content – go for that. If it delivered value in a concise way – go for that.
You aren’t trying to duplicate the content down to every last frame, you’re just trying to find the key pieces of the content they created and apply those same principles to your own content, too.
Step 3: Reach Out To These Accounts
Then lastly – you’re going to reach out to those accounts directly and share your content with them.
Real talk – if you just send them a DM and say “Hey, will you post my video?” they’re probably not going to be interested. There’s actually a really simple, strategic way you can go about this that is almost definitely going to get a response.
Some of these Theme Accounts get hundreds if not thousands of DMs every day, which is why it’s way better to reach out to them over email.
Find out who is running their social media accounts or figure out their main [email protected] or [email protected] email address and send a very polished, professional email there. You’re way more likely to get an email back than if you’re just one of the thousands of DMs they receive.
Make sure to keep your email brief and concise and make sure you’re delivering real value. A really great formula to follow is
1 – Introduce yourself – make sure they know who you are and what you do.
2 – Establish your expertise – explain why you are an expert in this space and why they can trust you. Using statistics is a really great thing to do here.
3 – Explain your content – share why your content is relevant to their account and why your audiences are aligned. Bonus points if you can explain how your content would benefit their account.
4 – Make your ask clear – don’t be afraid to be direct and say something like “I would like for you to share this post on your feed. It’s been resonating with my audience and I know your audience will benefit from this content, too”
And that’s it! Once you do that, replicate that process for each of the accounts on your list. And don’t be discouraged if you only hear back from a handful of the accounts you reach out to – cast a wide net, do some follow-up where necessary and before you know it, you’ll have your content reposted and have followers flooding in, in no time!

How to get 100,000 followers on Instagram for free
First, let's define why you need 100 thousand followers. 100 thousand subscribers is, of course, good. But why do you need so many?
The fact is that a personal brand does not always require large accounts. Often, 10, 20 or 50 thousand relevant audiences that read you, comment on you, and live with you are enough for you. It is much more important that, for example, opinion leaders, decision makers (decision makers), people from your industry are subscribed to you. This is much more valuable than a large give away account with a large number of subscribers.
So, the tips that are now working when promoting Instagram.
1. Saves and comments are very important
Your task is to provoke saves and comments from the audience. These are the two most important metrics and the main indicators for Instagram to promote you further and give coverage.
Moreover, preservation is not an obvious thing. Few people talk about it, but now preservation is the most important factor that the social network takes into account. Therefore, if you make a post, try to mention in the text that the person needs to save this post.
2. The content plan is outdated
Forget about the content plan. Many successful bloggers no longer use a content plan. Instead of a content plan, think about what headings you will have. Create a rubric for yourself. But the best posts you'll ever get are emotional posts where you can give value and share your opinion.
If you have nothing to say, then with a high probability the post will not go. But if you are overwhelmed with emotions from something that you want to share with the audience, then with a high probability this post will gain more likes, comments, saves than others.
3. Write posts ahead of time
There is a big problem when a person forgets or forgets to maintain Instagram. You may get some inspiration, and then you get sucked into the routine, things, and you stop posting.
What helps in this case? There is a very cool thing - to make in advance a few posts and photos that you can use.
This is extremely convenient: if you understand that you need to manage Instagram, but you don’t have inspiration today, you can publish a post already written earlier.
4. Need advertising from microbloggers
You are looking for bloggers who don't have huge subscribers, who can have 5-10-20-50 thousand subscribers. I took a plug from 10 to 50. This is what I call microbloggers. You go to such a blogger and ask if you can buy ads from him.
Stories advertising for such bloggers can be quite inexpensive. The guys who are just now starting to develop do not really understand how to monetize their audience, so they have low prices. You can use it.
5. Competitions are running
You can make a mini-competition on your page. Let's say you attach 5 photos of yourself and ask if you are in every photo this year. People have to guess something and answer you in direct. When people reply to you in direct, Instagram loves it very much, so it will give you more coverage, raise stories and your profile indicators.
6. Live broadcasts are useful
Live broadcasts have two advantages:
- Instagram loves them very much. You can broadcast, for example, with your friends or you can write to a person who has a similar number of subscribers.
- You are practicing speaking to the camera, which is also very useful.
7. PR outside of Instagram
The tool is not for everyone, but it works - this is television. If you do PR outside of Instagram, participate in TV shows, then you can attract traffic from there.
Get followers on Instagram and other social networks.
How to get followers in 2022 on Instagram: from 0 to 10,000
Subscribe to our telegram channel
Don't miss new useful articles and keep the old ones handy.
As practice shows, the first 10,000 subscribers are the hardest to get. The reason is simple: people are reluctant to subscribe to little-known pages. But nothing is impossible. We have compiled 14 tips for you to help you grow your profile from scratch within a year.
#1 Join mutual PR groups / Liketme
How can a little-known page quickly gain followers? Join mutual PR groups, this tactic is best for promoting new accounts.
It works like this. A group of participants is recruited, after which everyone sends a link to their post. All members of the group like and comment on each other's posts, thereby increasing the reach. When there are a lot of likes and comments under your post, it arouses the interest of other people: they want to see what is there.
Sounds nice. But. There are many groups for mutual PR and on various topics, for example, about travel, fashion, etc. To attract your target audience, join such groups on the topic of your page. And to keep the attention of new subscribers, you should also subscribe to them.
This is a short-term strategy for developing a page from scratch that will not increase sales, but will increase brand trust and awareness.
#2 Repost other people's content
Nicole Martins Ferreira, SMM specialist, started using the Repost for Instagram app to promote his store to repost other people's content.
One of these reposts got 52,862 views, 1,264 comments and 9,147 likes. It was a big hit, Nicole didn't even have 10,000 subscribers at the time. But remember, according to Instagram policy, you need to request permission to repost from the author of publications. Otherwise, there is a risk of getting banned.
Why reposts of other people's content, and not publications of your own? Newbies don't have such good content, and reposting - what could be easier?
What content to repost? Use hashtags to find the most popular posts, share the ones that got you the most engagement. This is the simplest and most effective strategy for beginners.
#3 Ask followers to share photos
It's much easier to promote your Instagram page if you have a product or service that your customers share on their profile. If you post content with your customers, it will increase your social security and credibility.
If you haven't had any clients yet, you can contact an influencer (blogger) that suits your niche and order a review of your product. It is better to choose bloggers who have about 5,000 subscribers. Such accounts have a much lower cost of advertising and a more engaged audience.
You can also offer cooperation. For each completed sale through a referral link, you pay a commission to the blogger.
If you already have clients, you can ask them to tag you in their story or feed in exchange for a gift or a discount. Once you have enough clients, you don't have to ask anymore, they will tag you for free.
#4 Create a consistent style and stick to it
Yes, sounds like " blah blah blah " . Let's figure it out.
Often people subscribe not because of the published content, but because of the anticipation and the ability to predict what your next post will be.
Let's say you run a corgi page and post cute pictures and videos of him every day. Users who come across your content may notice that you always have cute corgi photos. They will subscribe and start following your page, waiting for new cute corgi posts.
Sticking to a single style or theme is more than a branding game. We are talking about the psychophysiological component of emotions: the expectations that your existing and potential subscribers create. They want and expect to see more content of the same type or style every day.
By sticking to a consistent style, you build confidence and trust in your brand, which in turn helps increase your following.
#5 Use hashtags
Many social media experts recommend using 5 to 11 hashtags. Don't be afraid to ignore such advice!
Start experimenting with hashtags and eventually you'll figure out which ones are right for your brand.
Why not use 30 hashtags? You can add all these hashtags to the first comment under the post, which few people will see.
Is your goal to increase coverage? Then this is the easiest way. With hashtags, your posts will rank higher for keywords, which increases your reach.
If you want to reach your target audience, then you should avoid generic hashtags like #love or #life, use niche hashtags.
#6 Use location tags
Increase your reach with « Location tags » , it indicates the city or place where the video or image was taken.
If your business is in a specific city, you can use these geotags to make it easier for people to find and follow your Instagram account.
Locations have their own separate feed, stories and hashtags - use this sticker and your content will be automatically added there.
#7 Start blogging
Do you have a blog? Start running it on Hashtap or Yandex.Zen.
You can add links to your YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook accounts to your blog post. The more people who read your blog, the more likely they are to go to your social media pages and follow.
This is more of a long term strategy and you may not have a blog. But the faster you start it and add links to your social networks, the more likely you are to gain subscribers.
#8 Follow competitors' followers
To promote your account, you need to find people who follow your competitors' pages.
Do you know your competitors? Find them! Then study their profile, content and who comments on their posts, highlight your target audience. Start chatting with them.
It's better to choose smaller competitors to start with, as larger ones may have good loyalty programs that you may not be able to afford at the moment.
#9 Work with bloggers
Why bloggers? Every blogger has his loyal followers. By running ads with a blogger, you are guaranteed to get new subscribers and, most likely, sales.
But when choosing a blogger, carefully study his profile, exclude cheating subscribers. Sign an agreement so that the blogger cannot use bots. Due to the rapid influx of fake followers, you can get your account banned. You do not want this?
#10 Giveaways
Giveaways are another effective way to promote your account.
If the draw is published on the site, then you can make a subscription to your social networks a mandatory condition for participation. This is how you unlock your account.
If you don't have many subscribers, you can post about the draw in free groups and blogs. You can also negotiate with bloggers - you send them a product, they review it for free and talk about the draw. Many agree to such conditions. Result? Hundreds of new subscribers in all social networks.
If you don't have your own audience yet, this is a great way to attract new subscribers. And to attract the target audience, you need to choose a blog from your niche.
Is your goal to promote your account? Then this strategy is for you if increasing sales is not.
#11 Collaborations with other brands
While you are at the start of your page promotion, collaboration with other brands is a quick way to build a target subscriber base. You just repost and tag each other's profile.
You don't have to do anything but repost. New subscribers will write to you first.
#12 Instagram Tips/Guide
Instagram Tips is a new way to share educational content in the form of tips and hacks. In the IG guide, you can add: a title, description, video or image, as well as use already published posts in the feed.
There are 3 guide formats available:
- Places - collections of interesting places, objects, etc. in your city or some other city.
- Products - collections of products that you sell on your Instagram.
- Posts - your existing posts on the same topic, collected in one place, to which you can add titles and comments.
If you have interesting and useful tips, they will be shared with them. This will increase your engagement and reach, and with them the number of subscribers.
#13 Use Instagram analytics
« Embedded » Instagram analytics gives incomplete information about your followers.
Connect third-party analytics services to get more data. Many of these services are free.
Best free analytics services for Instagram:
- Sprout Social
- DataFan
- Popsters
