1. Visit their Instagram profile on mobile

A common mistake is going to Instagram on desktop. There is no email to be found on desktop. Here's what it looks like:

Go to Instagram's mobile app
Search the profile you want to contact
Look for the 'contact' button in their bio

You can apply filters based on the influencer themselves (e.g. their location, follower count, engagement rate & more). Or, you can apply filters based on their audiences (e.g. where they're located + demographics).

In this example, I'm looking for fashion influencers with 10-100k followers, a minimum of 2% engagement rate, and an email available.

Optionally, I can layer more filters for the audience. Here, I've simply specified that at least 40% of their audience should be located in Germany.

And boom! I get an instant list of nearly 600 prospective Instagram influencers who match my criteria. From here, I can analyze the profiles and add the best ones to a shortlist, or simply bulk save them all to a list.

Then, you can follow the same steps above to export the emails in bulk.
