And already at the second training session after the rest, I sat down for the first time with a weight of 60 kilograms (my weight is 58) on my shoulders, although I didn’t manage to do this shortly before the trip.

“Of course, I also needed to adjust my diet. First of all, using the Muffin-Jeor formula, I calculated how many calories I need to consume to gain mass - it turned out to be 2500 calories per day. I eat two grams of protein per kilogram of my body weight and eat a lot of complex carbohydrates. It is with their help that a surplus of calories is created, so the excess of calories in the form of protein goes to the structure of muscles. I am an ectomorph - this means that with my physique, weight gain is long and difficult, so I eat about 350 grams of carbohydrates per day. It is very important that the carbohydrates are correct: if you get carried away with sweets, the mass, of course, will be typed, but not muscle, but fat.

I don't take isolates or BCAAs due to an individual intolerance, although these foods can be good mass gainers. But these are just auxiliary means, since nutrition is the basis of success.
