From a Google Drive backup
You can fully restore deleted WhatsApp chats from Google Drive only if you first activate the backup function.
To do this, in the application settings, you need to go along the path "Chats" → "Backup of chats", and then set the frequency of creating a backup: daily, weekly or monthly.
The backup will only be stored in the Google account that originally started the backup. To restore correspondence, you need to use the same phone number to which your account in the messenger is registered.
