Level 3 . Allows you to send messages to 100,000 unique users within 24 hours.

When registering a phone number, the company starts at level 1.
You can find information on where to check your current limit in the WhatsApp Manager settings under "Messaging limit".
Follow the following conditions to increase your sender level:
Consider an example where the current limit is 1000 unique users. If you send messages to more than 2,000 recipients in 7 days and you have a good reputation, the limit will automatically be updated to 10,000 unique users.

Connected - When the phone number works correctly, the phone is linked to this account and connected to the WhatsApp Business API environment.
Pending - when the account is not verified and the certificate is not available or the number is connected to another WhatsApp account.
Offline - When the name is validated, there is a certificate to connect to the WhatsApp Business API environment, but no connection itself.
Flagged - when there were mass complaints from subscribers about mailings from this number and the company's rating is "Medium" or "Low".
This status should be taken into account as there is an increased risk that the account will be blocked from sending messages. When a company phone has this status, its sender level cannot be upgraded.
Restricted - when the number reaches the limits of the current level. The status is temporary and is updated after 24 hours.
