WhatsApp is working on a new feature that will allow users to exit a WhatsApp group without letting other group members know.

WhatsApp is reportedly working on several new and interesting features to make it a more user friendly messaging platform. The Meta -owned instant messaging app is keen on introducing new features and the latest one on the list is the feature that allows WhatsApp group members to silently exit groups. Yes! Active exploitation makes it possible to constantly be in touch with friends. However, for all its benefits, you may need to log out of the created account. You need to consider such options, since the messenger does not include the function of changing the user.

Logging out of WhatsApp

The main reason why users look for options to log out of the network is the continuous operation of the messenger. The fact is that even when the WhatsApp window is not active, the application still works, and displays you online.

This is determined by the fact that the system is based on the principle of SMS operation. Accordingly, the messenger remains active all the time.

There are several ways to fix this moment :

  • apply the mobile device settings;
  • turn off the Internet on the phone or turn on the mode - On the plane;
  • restart smartphone;
  • use additional programs.

Note! There is an even more radical method, but you should resort to it if you don’t want to exploit Whatsapp in the future. To do this, delete your account or delete the messenger from your phone.

Method 1: Through the application manager

An effective method because it allows you to temporarily stop the functioning of Whatsapp. In this case, all user data and chats are saved in the same mode. To perform, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Open System Settings on your phone.
  2. Go to the section - Device, where you need to select the item - Applications.
  3. Find Whatsapp in the list.
  4. In the window that opens, click the Stop button.
  5. A system message will appear requesting permission to force stop. Confirm - OK.

Method 2: Turn off Internet access

A fairly simple option that works just as well as the previous one. The execution includes a few simple steps. The differences will depend on the interface of the smartphone model. The main thing is to go to the section that allows you to turn on / off Wi-Fi and mobile Internet. Or you can turn on the mode - Flight.

Method 3: Reboot the phone

The result will provide the ability to turn off all active background programs, including WhatsApp. To do this, use the shutdown button, holding it up to 7 seconds. A menu will appear on the screen where you need to click the button - Restart.

Method 4: Additional programs

It is best to use the mobile version of CCleaner. With it, you can speed up the device, clear junk files (cache), and disable background programs that slow down the functioning of the smartphone. As a result: the result will be the same as when rebooting.

After starting, the mode allows you to scan the device, determine active applications. All of them are sent to sleep mode, respectively - they will be inactive.

Such an impact will also make it possible for the Whatsapp user to be offline.

Is it possible to use 2 WhatsApp at once?

Messenger developers did not provide for the possibility to use more than one account in one mobile application. Accordingly, for those who use smartphones with two SIM cards, this may be inconvenient. Because of this limitation, it is required to choose one of them, which is more in demand.
